To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8).
- Operating system version (e.g. iOS 18.3, Android 15).
- OffDuty app version — find this in the Profile tab under Legal & About.
- A clear description of the problem and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it.
- Screenshots or a screen recording if the issue is visual.
3. Account & Data Requests

For data export or any other privacy-related request under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), email us at support@9mbproject.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
4. Subscription & Billing
OffDuty subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). To view, change, or cancel your subscription, please use those platforms directly:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Android:Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
If you cannot resolve a billing issue through the App Store or Google Play, email us and we will do our best to help.
